Rally House Hempfield Plaza — Attraction in Hempfield Township

I’ve purchased Pitt, Steeler, Pirates,and Penquin apparel and paraphernalia for over 60 years for myself and family members. I have had the privilege of season tickets for decades. I guess you could call me a dedicated fan. (And alumni) In all those years I have never had the convenience to do so locally in the Greensburg area. Until now.! Prayers,patience and petitioning the sports gods of Pittsburgh have brought RALLY HOUSE to our doorstep !!!!!!! Seriously. I’ve yet to see the quality,and quantity and variety Of merchandise in any one location including the Strip District now offered at the Greensburg location !! I’m overwhelmed.!!! It’s hard to believe that minds exist with the capability of creating the styles of hats ‘ jerseys ,keepsakes. Tees Etc etc etc found in one location. I had to ask GM Kendal M. To pinch me. Was I dreaming or was I in the midst of a fashion heaven on earth Listen. I’m a stranger. But I’m not strange. I kid you not. Go. See for yourself. I’m 79. But at Rally House Greensburg I felt 19. I so thankful it’s 25 miles from Saltsburg Pa. And so are my grandchildren !!!! Look for me. I’m the guy with the biggest smile and brightest colors at the next Pitt Steeler Pirate and Pens game. I called Looking for an infant size baseball hat for my grandson. I spoke with CiCi and she went to look to see what was available. She was very helpful and great customer service. I drive to Rally House and was greeted by an associate and told her I called a few hours ago and talked with CiCi. She told me CiCi was either on break or gone for the day (I forget). I told her what I was looking for and she took me to every location where infant size baseball hats were. She was fantastic!!! I feel bad I didn’t get her name. She was a blonde hair woman. I was looking for a particular shirt that they currently did not have in stock as a Christmas present for my husband. Michael, who worked there on the original day that I went in, was extremely helpful and was able to order it for me and have it shipped directly to my home without any other additional charges. He was wonderful. I had to take the shirt back because it did not fit. I was apprehensive and I was not sure how to handle that. When I went in two salesclerks helped me and we were able to return that shirt and get the larger size again, shipped straight to my house without further charges. I love this store and the people who work there...
