Green Valley Plaza — Attraction in Henderson

What sport do you think would be the most difficult to play if you didn't have any elbows? I think maybe it might be baseball. Or perhaps hockey. I think the easiest to play without elbows would be European football. That's my sport of choice, and I currently have elbows, FYI. Green Valley Plaza & Shops is like the elbows that you always had, but then started to wonder how it would be if all of them suddenly and mysteriously disappeared overnight. And I know what you are thinking, not another plaza review. But this one is different because I lulled you into a false sense of security with my opening query. Either way, shopping here at this plaza of shops makes you feel just like that, only in real life. The choices are reasonable, and the last time I checked, they were open for business and ready to serve the public. Parking is available, but no overnight RV parking is allowed on the premises. Do you drive an RV? If not, you really should consider it. What is your current lifestyle like? Does driving an RV fit into that current lifestyle? So many great small businesses here that offer fine products and services. We all need to support such enterprises that offer delicious food and beverages instead of frequenting standard, fast-food outlets. Great pastry, coffee, deli food, pizza that I haven't tried but made to order in a fashion that brings back repeat customers. A family-owned jewelry store that is as happy to change your watch battery as it is to sell you reasonably priced items, unlike the prior owner. And they handle estate jewelry as well for some unique pieces. An elegant gift shop that surprises and delights you with laugh- out-loud funny gift items. All packed in a small shopping center that also has a handy USPS outlet. Love those flat-rate boxes for less expensive shipping! A great music store that offers lessons, family- friendly sporting goods store, dry cleaning, banking, pet supplies. What a time-saver to get so much done in such a small plaza and a Trader Joe's...

Trader Joe's is the BOMB!!!! Love it there, but do not get there often enough. When I do, it's packed, but I still love it. The prices are awesome, the choices are fabulous, it's always clean and very organized. The employees - well, that's the best part!!!. They are so good to us as the customer consistently which is one of my favorite qualities about shopping at Trader Joe's. Presently, it is so nice to see during this nightmare pandemic, horrid economic times, and evil brought about because of the despicable ways people treat each other.
