I order here all the time. As soon as I walked up the budtender asked if Iāve had a long day and I said uhh I guess and he said his day would get better once heās high. I let it go and even chuckled. Today, I ordered 2 quarters and I wanted to see the buds and terps in person, which is why I chose to pick up in store and didnt do a drive up order. The budtender asked why I didnāt look at the terps online. I said it always confuses me and I also told him I would like to see the quality of the weed, the harvest and package date, etc. I can tell this annoyed him. He gave me a āheads upā that management wonāt allow people to look at their orders to see terps or buds in the future just to choose one. Said people order 5 things to get 1 item. It clearly bothers him. I ordered 2 quarters and couldāve purchased both if I wanted to. I just wanted one. And I have a right to see what Iām purchasingā¦. right? If I change my mind, I can do that right?
As a former budtender and someone whoās worked in the industry, the last thing a budtender should have a problem with is showing the terps and how the buds look. You guys donāt even help people make their order, you make them order on a tablet, and then have a problem if they would like to see the options that they chose in person? The pictures and terps online arenāt even accurate! All he had to do was remove the quarter from your Dutchies system. I literally know how it all works and his attitude was unnecessary.
He left me with an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. He was at register POS 10, directly to the right of the online pick up order sign hanging - from the customers POV. My receipt said Guest Consultant: 60023. There was a person working next to them, black hair and silver chains, who I donāt want to misgender, but when my transaction ended the budtender handed me my bag and aggressively walked away from his register to the back. I asked the person to the left if his name was on my receipt or what his name was so I can take note of this - to which they replied they couldnāt give me his name but can get a manager. I just left. He made the whole situation overly complicated and uncomfortable...

There was only one or two people at most in the store as I came in. There were no employees on the floor to assist or answer any questions I had. I stood at the kiosk for a good 5-10 minutes alone; frustrated ; not finding the deal that I saw online. (Concentrates deal). I rang up a random order and Dakota finally acknowledged me as I stood in the line by myself. I explained my frustration that no body was out on the floor to help; and that the deal I sought isnāt listed. On top of that I had no help with the kiosk ordering. It took Dakota a few minutes where she couldnāt find the deal; Quincy had to help; but once we found the deal we got my order going. Ironically on their instore kiosk the options I wanted were not listed. Another frustration. Dakota took her time to verify what I wanted and got me all the concentrates I came for. Dakota took her time to let me view all the concentrates and their labels and dates and terp profiles. I appreciated that. I paid my tab and asked to take a quick selfie assuming no customers were in the pic (of course none) and as I was leaving - Iām not sure if it was a flex or what but the receptionist attempted to scold me for my selfie. Receptionist guy can take a chill pill and doesnāt need to be micro aggressive in scolding customers with permission to take a selfie. He spoiled what could have been another star or two. All in all- my second time back and Iāll keep looking for deals; tonight Rise was the only dispensary in town offering a great deal on...

I pulled up 30 minutes early for my order at the drive up when he or she Iām not sure what IT was told me very angry Iāve been coming early for 3 days now and I can either cancel my order or go inside because I am affecting other peoples orders. For 1 I was the only car there and 2 how dare you talk to me like that raising your voice at me like you own me? I rolled up my window in disgust and IT kept talking to me through my window. I then rolled my window down and told IT to get away from me that IT was making me uncomfortable. IT did not move so I had to back up and get out. I drive and go inside when the manager told me āIām not serving you today, you almost hit my employee.ā Which is not true, however when I donāt feel safe I will drive away and she didnāt care to hear me. I came back 3 other times when another manager told me Iām not allowed at there location and didnāt give me a reason saying Iām getting a paper explaining why, which I moved anyways and Iāll never know and I donāt care to know now. Now Iām writing this and I donāt need the owner to give me a snarky reply on this because you know nothing. Iāve seen so many negative reviews saying they 2 were 86ād from this location over stupid issues and others saying they also experienced the employees being horrid and rude towards them. What went wrong was they didnāt hear me and only heard the employee who made me so Uncomfortable I had to drive away for my safety. Again, to the employee⦠how dare you talk to me like that?
