This local business is a treasure in my eyes.

My son is obsessed with sugar cane. I can't find it anywhere, but I know they have some since they make juices with it. I stopped in and asked once if they would sell me a little bit and the owner cut some up and gave it to him. That was an amazing gesture.

Another day I went to the market next door hoping they sell sugar cane. They didn't. He walked me back over to Don Miguel's (they were closed) and they opened up the door and gave me some again. I can't even begin to say how appreciative I was.

So as far as service goes, I give them 100 STARS!

Food & Juice:

I love the Mango Madness. It's so fresh and has great mango taste. I will not walk in there without ordering one.

The Chicken Caesar Wrap is always on point. I ask for extra dressing, but other than that I love it. Lots of great tasting chicken and so fresh.

I once ordered a steak breakfast sandwich. That was also fantastic. The steak was loaded with flavor and the bread was fresh.

I would consider Rustic Kitchen to be the best restaurant in Hendersonville. It’s food and aesthetic is something unique to the area and stands out in a sea of chain restaurants. I love taking friends from out of town here, it makes me feel proud that we have a place to get such fresh, clean food.

I will say the last few times I have been in, the restaurant has been slammed with patrons and they are in desperate need of staff with a sense of urgency. However they do not sacrifice the integrity of the food. The owner, Jaclyn is always poised and efficient even when faced with a packed house.

I give Rustic Kitchen a 5/5 because the food is delicious and is worth the wait. In these times restaurants like this deserve our grace and patronage. If ordering during lunch hours give yourself 15-20 min to wait...
