Great service from Geekz UP. I was looking online for someone to service my computer, I saw that Geekz UP had some great reviews so I decided to try them. Let me tell you that they earned and are worth every single star in their reviews. I called to see if they could service my computer, The owner answered the phone and asked me a few questions about what was going on with the computer. He walked me through a few steps over the phone and my computer was working like new once again. I can not convey my gratitude to Geekz UP for helping me out when I was ready to buy a new computer. I asked what the cost was for the consultation and they said it was FREE since it was a quick fix over the phone. Jay has been a godsend, and I love that he is so conveniently located! I was able to bring my computer in the same day that I called him! He is very knowledgeable and yet so patient to explain, in layman’s terms, both the diagnosis and repair options. He was very sensitive to my need to get everything done quickly as this is my work computer. He even followed up by sending me a link for a commercial grade surge protector so hopefully this unpleasant event won’t happen again.
