Their selection accommodates ALL STYLES! The prices are so unbelievable and they have discounts ON TOP of those prices! And the quality of items was so fantastic I was afraid to walk away from pieces out of fear someone would buy it first 😅

My jaw was on the floor the entire time. And if all that was not enough- Julie and Sam were the kindest souls. Never stopped smiling. Answered all of our questions. Hold the items for up to 7 days in store while you determine how you want to get your items home. (They also have a third party at the ready that offers home delivers!)

We purchased a refrigerator from this store. Everything was great in store when we were making the purchase. When we got the refrigerator home and plugged it in it was immediately giving us errors and would not function properly. We called the store and they pushed us off to the warranty company. I had several questions about our options to try to exchange the broken refrigerator for a working one they had at the store. The store manager, Julie, stopped taking my calls and would only communicate with me via text message. We couldn't believe the unprofessionalism from management when we were trying to figure out our options to get a working refrigerator. We are coming up on 3 weeks from our purchase and still trying to get things worked out with the warranty company to get a working refrigerator. Be careful before you make a big purchase...

I absolutely love shopping at the Overstock Outlet in Hendersonville! Julie, the store manager, is incredibly helpful—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. All of the employees are super nice and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. The deals here are amazing!
