EDIT: Updated visit from 8/13/22:
I visited this store on the above date, and generally I would have a pleasant experience; instead this time I wasn't met with one. I placed a curbside pickup order like I usually do. The notification was sent to me that it was ready, and I went to the store and checked in accordingly. After ten minutes, I called inside of the store, since the app tells you to call if an associate hasn't arrived in five minutes. The store looked pretty busy, so I even gave them some extra time. A woman answered the phone. I explained to her that I had checked in, and was outside waiting for my order. She went on to tell me explicitly that "No I was not" checked in. I told her I was, and the app advised me to call since no one came outside. She abruptly told me that "Well the notification didn't go off, so you'll need to hold on a moment." I had three people from WORK conferenced in on the call - we all couldn't believe how disrespectful this lady was!!!!! After she hung up, she came outside. It was a woman with very, very long grayish/blonde hair. She apologized for the wait, but didn't apologize for her behavior. I get it - we're all stressed. You know, the pandemic has changed so many things for us. But for you to deliberately tell me I'm being dishonest, then become curt with me simply for reinforcing what I already told - that's disrespectful. I don't know who needs to give this lady a few days off, but that day was NOT her day. As you can see from my initial review, everyone I've encountered since moving here at this location has been incredibly pleasant. And I'm not expecting anyone to always smile and be perfect. Just common decency and respect, is all.
The pharmacy team is so professional! I recently relocated to TN, and I called for assistance on some prescriptions which should have been at this location. Although they weren't, the young lady walked me through other options on calling my physician AND explained that it may be because I was previously a Balance Rewards member that I was unable to track them online. I had no idea that the Balance Rewards program was even eliminated!!! LOL Upon arrival to pick up my prescriptions, another very professional young lady who was biracial greeted me in the pickup line. She explained all of my new medicine for me in detail, and was kind enough to ask if I had any additional questions. Also I had a pickup order and a lady with REALLY COOL HAIR COLORS was the one to bring it out. lol I would love to know who her stylist is. Keep up the excellent...

November 2020 my Ins got messed up and after a week of talking to multiple people and having to wait for computer systems it was finally fixed. I specifically asked and Ins told us we didnāt need a prescription card (never had either all info in on the reg Ins card). We get to the pharmacy and they tell us we donāt have Ins. We explained what was going on itās been a week long disaster and they will have to look again. They then began asking for a pharmacy card (again Ins told us there isnāt one). We gave them the Ins card like the Ins company told us to. My husband explains the Ins company said there isnāt one, all the information they need is on the Ins card we gave them. The guy gets an attitude at that point and angrily says, āare you going to pay for this or not?ā My husband had some choice words and drove away. I immediately get a text saying thereās an insurance issue. DUH! Within 10mins I get another text saying it was filled. Then today Iām trying to get a prescription filled. I got the text a few days ago and did the REFILL text back. I go today tell the woman my info and what Iām picking up. She says she doesnāt see anything. Which is fine, but I need to get it refilled. She goes on this long explication about how I need to respond to the text... I stop her cause Iām not doing that while Iām sitting talking to them in person. I ask can I get it refilled and she then gets an attitude and actually huffed and I had to give her all my information again. The whole interaction and attitudes paired with what happened in November has me wanting to go...

I get stomach medicine every month.I had an accident so I drop off my pain medicine...I go to pick it up.When they scan it says on the bag and bottle its the pain medicine. .but you open it..its the stomach medicine I already got that month.I take it back in immediately. .(went in drive thru).They give me the pain medicine but cant find my prescription. .so they fill it again..take back the stomach medicine in wrong bag..the other Pharmacist..not the one with the beard, asked the employee where my medicine went? Because at least they admitted. To this crazy mix up!The one with the beard..is the one I always have issue with..and who filled it. She says oh she thought I didnt want it, put it back in big bottle.After that I started counted my medicine, all of it in front of them..holding the line up..it was constantly wrong..so I pulled everything. .The shame is..I love the store..and the employees up front are awesome..The pharmacy. .Well go someplace else!
