Garcia’s Taqueria Grill — Restaurant in Hendersonville

This was our first time ordering here and we placed two to-go orders. Based on the taste of our orders probably our last time. I had their fajita taco salad and was very disappointed in the amount of salt used in both of our dishes. I mean not just a little too much but a lot of salt. I'm sure this also contributed to the steak being very tough and dry. Also when you order an item with "salad" in its name you should expect a fair amount of lettuce and cheese but that was not the case. Sadly, the tortilla shell bowl was the best part of the meal. Extremely rude!!! I placed an order at 12:00 while I was on a 30min lunch break. The guy at the front was extremely rude. I called asking for directions because the gps took me to the wrong place and he told me to follow the map. When I finally found the restaurant it was 12:21 and my order said it would be ready at 12:14. I went to the counter to pick up my order. The guy at the counter said it wasn’t ready yet. I asked how long will it be and he said “I won’t be rushed” he was so rude and I said don’t worry cancel the order. I will never again go back!!!! Garcia's was recommended to us by a local. The service was slow and very disorganized. The menu has a nice variety of food options. The salsa that came with the chips had a suttle after taste of a tin can and lacked flavor; no heat what so ever. Our food looked good but again it lacked in seasoning. I had a chicken burrito that needed peppers and onion. It also needed more flavor. The rice and beans were just that, rice and beans. The atmosphere was pleasing to the eye and the staff was pleasant. The cost of my meal was affordable. Which was a big bonus! Honestly, I'm not sure I could recommend this...
