Worst experience I have had so far at this sephora. I had promised myself no matter what I wonât go in there anymore. Today I went in to buy my son his first cologne wich was supposed to be a happy experience..I want to let it be known that the guy with curly hair that usually wears it tied was the most sweet, helpful, and patient employee there. it wasnât until I was in line at the register that an associate came to tell me to go with her that she would ring me up..,while she was doing so I asked her if I could still claim my birthday gift even though it was last month, she said yes I can do that for youâŠI was happy I said thank you!! Once she gave me the receipt for the cologne I bought she walked away so suddenly and started helping someone else and I was just left there standing like an idiot!! I said hey you forgot to give me the birthday sample.. she said oh ok Iâm coming, then she proceeded to purposely go help another person and I felt so low. I told her again excuse me you were helping me.. she said youâre gona have to go ask someone else. How rude are the female employees here!! Does sephora include a how to be rude to customers in their training? All the female employees here are rude, think theyâre better than the customers! Sephora do better!!!! Such a negative place will absolutely never step foot in there again. And I want to mention that I also got an attitude from the lady with white/silver curly hair.literal mean girl vibe...
Read moreI entered the store today for the first time and noeone welcomed me. I checked the shelves and walked from the door to the register area and no girl said a word. I understand the team is small. Ok. Fine. I approached an employee and told her I was looking for a mascara, as she was looking down to her device, ( no EYE CONTACT) her answer was: Dime, que estas buscando? I said in Spanish, una mascara, her answer Was: Ah, y no la puedes coger tu??? I understand she belongs to another type of job, but at Sephora all employee receives training and they should know how to answer to a client and multi-task in this case. I was told she works in the back, not on the floor, but I saw her at the register. We are talking SEPHORA. ok? Most of the girls are nice BUT, I was told by one of them 'this is Hialeah" pero....esto es Hialeah. Lol. So the company changes its values according to the location? Please! Corporation, Please, Train| your |teams| Sephora values are lost at this location? Today's visit was an instant regret for a minute.
The blond girl, skinny blue eyes, long hair, was really helpful đ. I am sorry, I don't remember her name. The girls at the register...
Read moreToday I had a really bad experience⊠people like that shouldnât be working with customers. First of all, her attitude wasnât pleasant. I was going to pay with cash, not a card. Then she had to give me $2.07 in change, and she told me she didnât have money to give me my change. I told her it was two dollars and that I needed my change. She gave me an attitude because I told her that was my money, and she made me wait as long as she wanted. In the end, when she gave me the two dollars, I leftâand she yelled at me loudly with attitude, saying âTHANK YOU!!â People like that shouldnât work with the public. I just wanted my changeâit was only two dollars. Iâm sure that if I were short two dollars when paying, she wouldnât let me take my purchase. I donât know why her name doesnât show on the receipt, but she was a blonde girl. I should talk to a manager but I was in a rush but I I will never go...
