While the prices are good, It definitely isn’t a DryBar though. It’s a bit messier, less polished, with random products everywhere. My experienced was lessened by my stylist suggesting that I don’t get my hair washed because I wanted an updo. That left me a very bad initial impression as I felt like an experience was taken away from me. My stylist was prepared to work with my dirty hair with her hair tools, leaving me to think that some poor customer before me may have used dirty hair tools. Luckily upon my insistence, I did get my hair washed, just with shampoo and no conditioner (which is a huge no-no regardless how the hair will be styled. I wasn’t even offered a drink.
