My children and I LOVE this store! The owner is attentive and honest. I'm not sure where she gets her pep, but her patience with my children deserves a frickin' award! 😂 My daughter loves the clothing there, especially the dresses. She wears them for special occasions, like Passover dinner, Yom Teruah, birthdays, etc. This store also has uber cute stuffys and unique accessories for almost everything (for back-to-school, summer camp, summer fun, etc). Some other stores carry similar items but usually for either more money and/or inferior quality. I also appreciate how they're always trying to give back to the community, which some stores are hesitant to do, for some reason. Walking around I also found some neat stuff for my boys too, so they're not feeling left out 😅. Location is great too; there's a couple coffee spots within walking distance, along with restaurants. Great place to go take a weekend stroll and window-shopping (or actual shopping 🤣) They apparently also do birthday parties where girls can get their nails done, sing, make their own lip gloss, etc. ...

I visited your store on Sunday afternoon and inquired specifically about Labubus. The sales associate confirmed that you carried them, so I purchased two and left satisfied—until I later discovered that the items I received are not authentic.

I called the store two days later and was informed that these are not real Labubus products and that a refund would not be issued. This is extremely disappointing and feels both unprofessional and misleading. Customers deserve transparency—especially when it comes to authenticity—and I believe you have a responsibility to clearly disclose when products are replicas or not genuine.

You offered a full refund eventually for the product but as discussed you refused to pay for shipping as I live out of town. You and your team were not forthcoming and honest. We have no problem sending the items back as long as you pay for the shipping and a full refund.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how this is handled...

We had our daughter’s birthday party here with 6 of her friends. The girls were pampered and cared for by the staff very well. They got glitter tattoos, hair and nails done; some opted for cool colored hair spray and some make up. They also got to make their own lip gloss and lotion.

We got the chocolate fondue option that was a hit. The offered pizza, Shirley temples and cute mini bundt cakes. The staff played musical chairs and did some line dances after the girls showed off their new look. Great fun was had by all the girls. It was an easy place to have a party...
