I'd like to preface this review by saying: I hate this store. I loathe it. I need to stop coming here.*

*This is sarcasm, folks. I genuinely love, love, love this store, and I honestly don't think I've ever left empty handed. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. If I can't find what I need or what I'm looking for, goodness knows I'll find something else. I found several books for my coworker (who loves them) and have found that their sheafs of paper make for FANTASTIC wrapping. Love paper source but Sam was VERY off-putting, intense, and rude. She yelled at an older woman customer in front of us who was trying to find paper clips. She also did not look up from her task when she tried to ‘help’ us, and seemed really annoyed. Paper source should be a vibe and Sam’s energy was really really aggressive.
