Twinkle Twinkle Little One — Local services in Highland Park

I had wonderful experience shopping at Twinkle Twinkle Little One, and the store associate who helped me (blonde woman) was very friendly and warm.

Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed any help. I shared the type of gift I was hoping to buy, and the store associate immediately jumped in to help. She showed me a variety of options she thought might work well, and made the process so effortless and smooth! I was so grateful to have her help, and ended up with a great gift!

When it came time to check out, I was presented with the option to write a card and have it attached to the gift bag. The store wrapped my item and packaged it in a beautiful bag with gift wrap!

Honestly, if I can give them 0 I would. Unfortunately, I feel like my wife and I were stereotyped by an employee and would never spend a dime there. We walked in looking for cribs and a lovely lady helped us and gave us lots of details on a couple cribs we liked. Unfortunately, we were handed off to a guy that gave us additional details about the crib and instantly assumed that we couldn’t afford the bed we loved and didn’t even bother going through the custom cribs because “it’s probably out of your range” and immediately started showing us beds that were cheaper and not what we had in mind. We never spoke about how much I was willing to spend, what style we had in mind or anything. Sucks when it’s 2024 and you still deal with this....

I needed a specific adapter for my car seat. I was unable to find it on Amazon. The manufacturer for the adapter provided a list of retailers that carry the product and I chose this one. Before purchasing I messaged the company and asked if the adapter would fit my stroller and was told yes. I purchased the adapter, and when I received it, it did not fit my stroller. I emailed the company asking about a possible return or even store credit. This was over a week ago and I have not received a response. I started another chat asking if my email had been read and did not receive a response there either. This company is unprofessional and has no interest in helping...
