Staples — Attraction in Hilltown Township

I am and always have been a fan of Staples and its reward program. It is easy to use. Enjoy receiving points for my ink and toner (always using that at my office). Just purchased my new office chair yesterday at Telford Staples. Isn't it nice? Comfortable and good for 5 - 10 hours of work (which is a normal day for me working and taking care of employer and client business. In addition I use Staples for any posters and foamboard display items I need for conferences, biz expos and reunions/events. Love my Staples and am always satisfied with their services and products. My husband stopped by to have them run a print job on Wednesday, but they were "having technical problems" so he came back the next day to drop it off. On SATURDAY I called to check on the status. After HALF AN HOUR on hold, I talked to someone who put me on hold three more times before telling me it STILL WASN'T COMPLETED. Apparently there had been a problem that no one bothered to call the number my husband had left to correct. When I asked how long it was going to take now, I was told "I'll run this now" and "I'll call you when it's done". No estimated time, just "I'll call you". I love the people at this store, particularly Evan. He is very knowledgeable and Tony is very helpful as well. The manager Doris is doing a great job at that store. The only time I had a bad experience was when the little guy Donielle approached me and tried tricking me into a credit card claiming he was a district manager and he had some kind of pull with the bank and could get me approved with deferred financing but it didn’t get approved and my credit took a hit and he claimed after the fact that I misunderstood him.
