Maxwell Place Park — Attraction in Hoboken

Maxwell Place Park is a beautiful spot in Hoboken! The park is clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained, making it a great place for a walk, picnic, walking your dog or just to relax by the water. There is a closed dog park and playground for kids..Tables are available to sit and have picnic. Bathroom is available in this location. The highlight is definitely the amazing New York City skyline view, which looks especially beautiful when it is dark.

The only downside is that parking can be a challenge in the area, so it’s best to plan ahead or come by public transportation if you can.

I don't know if this park covers the entire walkway or not, but anyway, it's nice to have a place in the area to walk by the water and sit to read/write/listen to music. There's a tiny little beach that I particularly love. Sat there for a virtual meeting the other day and got to watch a dog chase a goose into the water while her owners desperately called her back (she eventually came back and was fine). Other people joined in to help call her back, which was sweet. It was funny! Not a great spot to cry alone like Central Park but still a nice place to hang out and...
