Excellent dog park for small to medium sized dogs so they have plenty of room to run around. The free shovel and poop bags are a great addition for cleanup as well. The dog park is also equipped with a nice double door system entry and exit with solid latches so you don't have to worry about any escapees. This dog park tends to be very calm and will never usually have more than 4ish dogs at a time so it's nice and peaceful if you want to relax a bit while your dog plays. One thing of note here is that since the dog park isn't quite as crowded the squirrels are quite a bit bolder. You will frequently see them running across the fenced edge of the dog park which can create a surprising amount of puppy noise...

Other than the odd needed patchwork to fix the gate, nothing gets done to keep this park in shape. The gravel is all but gone so on dry summer days dogs and people are inhaling what can only be unhealthy gravel/ concrete dust that gets stirred up when the dogs play. On wet days, you and your dog will walk out of there filthy. One positive: the very nice guy who changes the garbage bin liners. But don't expect the dog poop-bag dispenser to be full or get replenished. Bring your own or use the shovel which will further deplete the gravel one...

Many locals utilize it to and from the PATH train, or by walking their dog(s) or children. It's a busy place at times, but outside of rush-hour(s) you can really hear plenty of birds chirping pleasantly!
