My no-shave hair transplant journey began with Kim as she worked diligently, professionally, and politely to coordinate the game plan and details of the procedure. I even had a hiccup in my own planning where I made a significant mistake, and she worked as a caring and selfless teammate to resolve my error for me in coordination with Ken, the Medical Director. She is really fantastic and very kind. My flight was delayed, so I was about an hour behind schedule, but Ken was very understanding, extra accommodating, and went to work with me right away. He is a fabulous educator and made sure that I understood my options as well as the underlying science and history of the various types of hair transplants available. He is extremely knowledgeable having completed several decades of transplant procedures, however, he is also personable, compassionate, and easy to talk to when co-strategizing your treatment. The provider who directed the procedure was very helpful, instructional, and affable. He also had some very interesting historical and personal stories to share about his early life on the US Upper East Coast. It was truly pleasurable and relaxing to chat with him. The 3 Lovely Latina Ladies are also extremely intelligent, competent, comical, friendly, supportive, artistically detailed, humble, and stunningly beautiful!💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🙊The post-op instructions and care plan were well articulated by Ken in an easy-to-understand approach. They sent me home with my medications and all the care instructions in writing, which is great for me, and obviously, I didn’t have to go to a pharmacy which is priceless for anyone who has just undergone any procedure. In 2013 I had a hair transplant at this clinic. Chris (Ken) Thompson was the artist that created my hairline. I was so very pleased with his staff and the results that when my wife gave me the go ahead for a final procedure there was only one place that I would go and that was back to Chris' clinic in Fort Lauderdale. I knew what I was going to get from Chris and couldn't wait to get started. From the time I made the reservation with Kim (who is marvelous by the way) until walking out the door post surgery I was treated brilliantly. It was so good to see Chris again and to meet Anna and Angelica and Louis who took such good care of me throughout my short stay that evening. The surgery was painless and the recovery has been easy and uneventful. The entire procedure was professionally performed and believe it or not, enjoyable! In my estimation this is by far the best care and the best hair transplant that I have ever had. My experience with the Aesthetics Surgical group will always be remembered as been an excellent experience. The Director is class A professional, caring, and the service he provides is priceless. The Doctor was exceptional had great bedside manners and demonstrated a caring attitude. The assistants were superb they work very good together to get the job done in a timely manner. Lastly, the Patient Coordinator is one of the very best coordinators an organization can have. She worked diligently with me from the first phone call until the day of surgery she was eager to answer all the questions, I had and it was never too late or early to contact her she made the process extremely easy for me.
