Well I thought my fiancé and I had a good experience until we left to go get our mattress, pull up to the warehouse and there were no workers there because they decided to leave early , we got there at 3:30pm and we’re told they would be closing at 4pm head straight to the warehouse because they would be expecting us. We called the store back to make them aware and they told us oh sorry we didn’t know they left early they are short staffed. He sent an email to let them know we were coming but never got a response so we’d have to come back the next day . Okay that’s fine we left and came back the next day and now they DONT have the mattress we bought in stock until Aug 10th. Instead of compensating us with a slightly better mattress for all the inconvenience and miscommunication they gave us a worse /cheaper mattress than we bought and told us they would refund us 50 bucks. I feel like we’ve been completely ripped off!! Then to top it off they halfway tied down our mattress and it almost flew off as soon as we left , I’m completely appalled by this experience especially for the fact we were told if we return the mattress we’d basically have to pay all these fees and would be getting practically nothing back so better if you don’t return now we’re...

The reason for the rate is because the representative Jim that waited on me was nice but not accommodating when it came to the $299 promo code ELEVATE for the adjustable base on the website .When I inquired he said no but I will give you $150 off??? Also after getting approval for the purchase of a mattress and adjustable base, I inquired about a complimentary gift, and he said no to that also??? I would like to add ,after reading the reviews on the website there have been customers that HAVE received complimentary gifts after making a purchase.To top it off he went to the back and came out with some little toy samples for the PURPLE MATTRESS which I didn’t even purchase. I’m not sure what that was about….As per my review it was communicated to me that Jim who waited on me did not give a total explanation of the promotion that was listed on the website. Upon arriving at mattress firm I was greeted with the utmost respect by gentleman name Mike Colaizzi.
