Dragon's Den Games and Hobbies — Attraction in Honesdale

Was walking by with some friends and stopped in. The owner is very knowledgeable on all types of tabletop games and recommended Fairy Tile as a game my wife and I would enjoy playing together. He was great and made the sale. He also sold Gloom to one of my friends. He knows what he is doing and what people like.

Update: came back 11 months later (I live out of town) and met Mike again. Had a great 10 minute chat about Crisis Protocol and Smash Up expansions. He gave me his undivided attention and I left with Cosmic Encounter. I’ve been wanting this game forever and he made it happen. I encourage everyone to support this...

At first, it was great. But after joining a group, it became apparent on how much new people are pushed aside for overly sensitive " vets" and friends of the owner. When asked to specifically address the issues, I was just met with being ignored and being banned from any future events. So unless you stroke the ego of the overly large and overly sensitive people running the games, you are better off buying your supplies on Amazon and trying to find people to play...

I LOVE this store. I visited for the first time a few weeks ago. The owner is just such a great person to chat with. The prices on his cards are extremely fair. He does market and cuts you a deal easily. He's just a good dude who's a real collector as well. I saw a bunch of people come in to just hang out and enjoy the place. Ill definitely be spending some time here when I move to Honesdale in a few weeks. Not to give away a secret gem of a place but definitely...
