Decent park. Relax and read a book, take the young ones for some time at the activity toy/playground area. Many benches and tables. Summer time offers free concerts in the park and the Roots and Rhythm festival. Holidays offer special times for gathering including the lighting of the Christmas tree and Fireworks for the 4th of July. Great place to do a few laps around the park if your looking for a cardio workout. Visit for sure!

This is a very nice place to spend some down time. Right inside the cozy town of honesdale, which offers a surprising variety of restaurants, pubs and shopping. It's just a fun place to go, and one of the best places to go if you are into Pokemon GO. Highest concentration of gyms and stops I ever saw that is not in an urban environment. We regularly see many groups of poke people spending the day looping around the town.

Nice, well kept, park in the middle of downtown Honesdale. Great place to walk around, bring small children to play on the playground, have a little picnic, grab a new-to-you book, or sit and enjoy the waterfountain. The park is located across the street from the courthouse and one street over from all the shops and restaurants. There's plenty of metered parking (only $0.25/hr).

Cute little park. Don't expect it to be huge, it's in a small town. The playground is really small. But this park offers lots of interesting events every summer, such as free concerts and art events with lots of vendors to pick up something new and pretty.

The view is nice when you want to stop and rest your feet for a while. They have a water fountain in the center of the park and you can observe the interesting and historical architecture of the courthouse and surrounding churches. The park is always neat and very well maintained, very pretty...

Biggest and best park ever? Nope. But they do a lot in it. Of course it has the fountain and some benches and whatever statues, but it is used to bring the community together. Isn't that the purpose of a park in town?

Music in the park two evenings in the summer draws people from all over. Hundreds gather for it and we love to take the dogs for a walk and do a little shopping and get some ice cream. Other festivals and events bring many into town.

Great to see a park used for it's purpose! Thanks to all that...
