Went here around 7pm on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised at the fact that we didn’t see any homeless setting up camp at the park for the night. The park is very well lit so it feels safer than some of the others around d town that are poorly lit. There was a good amount of other children playing in the park area and on the equipment. I feel that the playground equipment is a bit advanced for some of the younger children; my daughter is 4 and she had a hard time climbing on parts of the structure. But other than that it’s a nice playground. Relatively clean. The baseball field is really the star of this park. There is also basketball courts inside the perimeter of the park. No bathrooms from what I could see. Also there isn’t much seating available for the parents to utilize while our children play.. those two factors make this park 3 stars...
Read moreWent here later in the afternoon and it is not the safest park. Make sure not to leave your items unattended. Also, if there are any games, then parking can get crowded. The park itself is right near the freeway, so expect there to be a lot of sound. It is not the best park, but definitely maintained by the state. It also is very clean, but there is a homeless community under the bridge with a few questionable males. Just be safe if you go...
Read moreThe small parking lot is overrun by homeless and the bathrooms are unlit and dirty. I wasn't able to use the bathroom at 8 at night because it was pitch black near the toilets and the floors were soaked and strewn with garbage in the front where there was a small amount of light from the outside park lights shining in. There weren't any lights in the bathroom at all....
