I've been getting vapes here for about a year & everything's been great. I got a defective vape that was broken & leaked all over the inside of my purse. I always buy 2 at a time. It was the 2nd one I opened so it had been a couple of weeks & when I tried to bring it back I was told if it's not the same day I bought it too bad. I was told that's the risk with buying disposable vapes. So basically I got screwed out of $27.00 or however much it was. I know it was over $25 because I spent over $50 on 2. There's no signs that say anything like this & they certainly don't tell you this until they've already screwed you out of your hard earned money. So glad I found this place, I knew little about vaping but these folks were patient and took the time to explain how the different set ups worked & they were kind enough to explain it all again the next time I visited. As someone who’s had multiple strokes, I have a bad memory & difficulty learning new things. I never would have expected this level of customer service, but they were extremely nice. I went in with a friend as he was buying a vape and kava drink. The male employee refused the sale because i didnt have my ID. Mind you I am 64 years old and didn't have anything to do with the sale.
