Unfortunately, my last experience with a different technician made me change my review. I will not go back to this salon.

A less experience technician did my nails this time. What upset me the most was that she grinded so much of my natural nail off to take off the color that my nails hurt for a few days after the service. I really don’t like how they don’t take the time to SOAK your nails off. They just want to quickly take off the color so they can get you in and out. Sadly, this is not the type of salon I want to invest in.

This technician also cut me a few times during the service. Because of her lack of experience, it took her over 2.5 hours to complete my dip powder nails. Grinding off my dip powder took her almost 1 hour to complete. I think that is ridiculous for just getting your nails done.

Also, the colors that they present to you for the dip powder collections are not the same as when they put it on your nails. The color will slightly change. I tried to get a light pastel blue, and the color turned out dark blue. Be careful on the color that you choose for dip powders!

Lastly, parking is a nightmare! If you’re lucky, you can get a parking spot but because they share the parking lot with a popular brunch spot, it is very difficult to find parking. I had to get my husband to take me this last time because my last 2 times I was almost late to my appointment. This time, my poor husband had to wait 2.5+ hours in the car when it should’ve taken only 1 hour.

If you request a more experienced technician, you might have a better experience than me! But my last last experience really put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back.

I had a great experience at Gradient nail! Annie did an amazing job on my dip powder nails! She was super fast and efficient! My nails look PERFECT!

After 1 year of looking for a nail salon in Hawaii, I am so happy I found my go to nail spot!! Prices are very reasonable as well. Especially for the efficient service that they provided!

I love my nails ! Except while I was looking for another nail salon I came across them and they gave me a hard time about being a walk-in, because I didn't make an appointment.. I originally went for a mani and pedi service. But they said they could only do one or the other ? So I said mani better and the woman insisted she wanted to start me on doing my pedi but couldn't guarantee to do both .. so I had to insist for my mani when that was the whole point of going to get my nails done. The girl I sat next to was getting her nails done too as we started talking she was gettting a hand massage and arm hand soak session that was part of her mani when I asked her what was that. When it came for my turn the girl gave me a short hand masssage and I did not get the hand soak like the other girl did ?.. I feel the price I paid of $62 for a gradient nail fade I deserved to get that special hand soak then when I asked if still had time for my pedi they said they could just change the color but not give me a service ?? Meaning to just put a color and not soak it or cut the cuticle or anything for $10. I've never heard of that and it wasn't like they were busy ? So I obviously was dressed down in shorts and slipper being my day off from the hospitol, but still little did they know I'm a nurse that was looking to treat myself . So I will be going to another salon in the future and making sure you walk-ins know the treatment that you'll get if come across them . Getting nails done is not just about after effect but as much as the service while getting them done . Btw they had a cute setup with movies but if the people are nasty...

Don’t like this place at all. I made a appointment & they asked if I wanted designs & I told them yes. My appointment was set up then they called on my appointment day to push my appointment at an earlier time because the nail technician was available. I agreed, no biggie. But then I went there and I had to wait! plus while I was doing my nails, my nail technician who was a guy named Alex, didn’t do my designs. before you painted all my nails I asked him if he could do the design he said “no, next time when you make the appointment tell them so we know” He said he didn’t have enough time to get any designs because he was gonna go to someone else. EXCUSE ME? YOU called me here EARLY and now ya’ll don’t have time?! AND I told him, “I did tell them I wanted a design when I called” & he said “I don’t see it on my tablet” THEN he said “oh, it’s right here, yeah.” But since he was behind he said he could only do ONE design on ONE finger. So I definitely was NOT SATISFIED at all! I called & told them what I wanted specifically & they didn’t follow through on their part. so definitely not gonna get a...
