Today we drove over 45 minutes to see Santa Claus. Unfortunately, without reservations, Santa himself when asked refused and turned away kids. I'll post a photo of no line and no one waiting, Santa is sitting to the right of the Christmas tree about 8ft away. The person working told me, her managers will not allow walk up till 3:30-4. This person had poor customer service by her lack of compassion, empathy or sympathy or enjoyment. So we rode the carousel. While we stood by in eye view we noticed no one was seeing Santa for over 30 minutes. Yet it was fully booked??. Santa Claus sat there and ignored kids and parents and he too directed Me to speak with the photographer. Finally a manager started working and she explained its the "Mall" who is telling them what to do. Riverchase Galleria seems to be running a communistic establishment? No soup for you!! As I continued to chat with the manager, she was kind enough to allow us...my 6 year old princess. To see Santa! Wow! This was the worst unnecessary experience. Almost $55, for poor quality photography. We sure miss the company who worked at Brookwood Mall. They at least were outwardly friendly and...
Read moreI was so excited about shopping here as we live over an hour away & there are no stores similar to the ones i wanted to visit nearby. My shopping trip was ruined after going in Box Lunch (which used to be my favorite store) because the employee there kept watching us so much that it made me uncomfortable & i just wanted to leave after looking around & not finding anything i really wanted. I'm pretty sure she tried to stop us from leaving but I am not fully certain because I didn't fully hear & didn't stop to check because we didn't do or take anything & i just wanted to leave because of how uncomfortable i was but after the rest of what i experienced throughout the other stores i kinda wished i had to prove we didn't have anything because i noticed we were being followed in many other stores & had our picture taken with flash in one of them & I'm pretty sure this employee instigated it because why were we suddenly being followed after that store. It ruined my entire shopping trip. Guess I'll just stick with online shopping from now on because i will not be coming back...

I'd need a "heavy," possibly two, to deal with the moving of large objects and the elimination of any surprises that may rear their ugly head. I'd need a planner - someone to coordinate all the moving pieces and to keep our little operation on schedule. What was my part of the organization? What was my role in the scheme? I work in the background, I work in the shadows. If I do my job correctly, you won't even know I exist. I'm more fleeting than an old memory, more powerful than the strongest narcotic. You don't want to have to see me. If you do, chances are, your criminal career is about to take a serious detour. (To...
