I received my online order all of which weighed all of 23.53 pounds and upon arrival packages inside were not wrapped and had scrapped against each other and scratched up very bad. To make matters worse the two cast iron skillets were inside the same box with no added protection not to mention the fact that it’s lazy and irresponsible of whoever packaged this product to come to a customers house. Who in their right mind places two cast iron skillets in the same box let alone doesn’t even bother to wrap the items up. I’m taking this one personal as to the deliberate reason as to why these products were not packaged or wrapped in any way shape or form. The items were from TABITHA BROWN’S collection. Neither one of those skillets came on its own box so they were just naked inside the box together. I had to return them and reported this to Target Customer Service. I am more appalled at the fact that it’s already hard to get TABITHA BROWN’S products as they are always sold out now it’s the holiday times and it’s going to be even harder to get. Read moreI often visit this Target for drive-up orders, especially after its recent makeover. They've relocated the drive-up section to the back, which suits me fine. However, today marked my fourth visit, and once again, they forgot significant items in my order. On the last two occasions, they asked me to drive to the front to collect the other half of my order, which is frustrating. Today they left out four items. Three orders of toilet paper which is a lot and gain detergent which costs $16. Like how did they miss those items? The staff member assisting me today claimed they only bring out the order, and they’re not aware of the items. Which doesn't make sense. They require a better system to ensure all items are included. While I appreciate the option to report missing items, it's inconvenient as I rely on these purchases. And the refund isn’t instant. Missing items may force me to seek alternatives. It's disappointing as it contradicts the purpose of notifying them of my arrival. I'm thoroughly annoyed; they need to improve...

After I was notified that my order was ready for pick up. Driver to store and only one item was brought out. Latoya was the person that brought my order out, and was very helpful. Obviously I was very disappointed that I didn’t get the items I wanted. Latoya went back into the store, and came out to show me where I made the mistake when ordering. She showed me on my phone where I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, and the items that were in my cart would be delivered to my home on Wednesday. She also gave me a $5 Target gift card for my inconvenience, although I made the mistake, who does that🥰. Latoya took my number and called me to assure everything was taken care of.
