Update: Unacceptable😡😡😡!!!! Purchased a load full of furniture on 8/23.. Called on 8/27 and spoke with Brian about repairs to one of my chest and my sofa. He advised to callback Wed 8/28 to reach Nicole. Instead of calling I went into the store and informed Nicole myself. She then advised that someone would come out by the following Wed. So continuing with everyday life I left home for Nashville for 10 days to care for my grandmother. Upon my return on 9/4 I noticed that the items had not been fixed. I then reached out again (very pleasantly) to Nicole who then sounded shocked herself but told me the repair man had just gotten back and they would add me to the scheduled to have him come out she'd call me back.( just more run around, telling me anything to get me off the phone). Ofcourse no callback. So instead of being a "b" about it I wait on the callback that never comes. So after waiting 13 days I called back on 8/17 and who answers "Nicole" you guessed it!! I express to her that it's been a while I've left and came back and no one has reached out or tried to come fix my furniture. She then states her famous line "I'll have Brian call you back to have u added to the schedule 🙄🙄. I simply say ok and continue to wait.. Today is 9/27.. 10 days later and still no call and no repair.. Read moreWhen we first arrived in the store no one greeted us for a while and right before we were about to leave, Mr Charles helped us. He was very professional and informative. However, the sales team and managers should work on their communication. No matter who did the sale/work order, all the items are written down on a invoice and if a customer calls to check on their items, we shouldn't have to wait on the exact sales person. I'm sure reading is a requirement for the job and people shouldn't wait until after someone's off day to be able to potentially pick up their items. There was a mix up our order and we just took home our mattresses but the manager, Mike, said he will find my other pieces and get them delivered for the inconvenience. Being that we are moving and they don't offer delivery, I was fine with that extra mile. Such a rare character trait these days. Again communication was a little faulty because it was not easy to speak to them right off hand but Charles made it a point to call us back after a few hours passed. Charles and Mike said they called several other locations to find our one item that was missing. In the mean time Charles personally delivered two items for us and once Mike found the last hard to find item he personally delivered it as well. So to sum up, great dedication and professionalism from Charles and Mike but communication (internal and external) could be worked on. Make sure they have all your items held because I have a feeling someone took our items off hold to fill their own work order. Read moreThis place is a damn rip off. We paid for an extra warranty which we were told would cover anything and everything that could ever happen to the couch we bought. It does not. We got a burn hole in our couch from a candle and called the warranty company to have it fixed. Told them the issue and how it happened and they won’t fix it because it’s from a candle and they only cover burns from cigarettes or tobacco. So we have been contacting FFO multiple times within the past 5 weeks and they keep saying their service department will be in touch, always within 24-48 hour. Never once in the 6 times I’ve called and stopped in has anyone contacted me. Finally as I’m getting fed up with the run around I got more persistent and now they are saying that I will have to pay for the new cushion cover and the labor to put it on! What? We were told anything and everything was covered or we wouldn’t have purchased the warranty and paid a fortune for the couch and warranty. Never never never again will I be buying anything from this place! And people if you have, don’t trust the warranty! The warranty is garbage and won’t cover anything they tell you it does. They just want your money and to charge you more when something happens and you actually need...
