Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Horn Lake

Came and we were greeted by Angie. Took a long time to get our order taken due to angie walking away while we asked the new menu and points system. She done this several times. Your video will prove that. She took our order. 1-Italian sub with tater bites. 2- philly cheese pizza lg. 3- pretzel bites 4- chicken bbq with tater bites. We get to a table and go to get drinks and there is no ice. Waited and waited none even after asking. While waiting I look at the receipt I noticed that the italian sub was missing missing on the receipt. I went back to miss angie. She was already in a heated discussion with another customer. When she asked what I needed I told her that my wifes Italian sub was missing on the receipt. She tried to argue with me that I told her that we did want it to replce it with the chicken bbq instead. I told that was never said and she said it was. She said finally that she would bring it out. After 25 min and seeing others get their food with numbers higher than mine. Some of the food finally came out. It was only the pizza and the chicken bbq with pretzel bites. No appetizer. No tater bites no Italian sub. Pizza was cold and all the slices were separated from each other. What a disappointing experience. More than 20 years of bringing kids to chuck e cheese. This is the worst ever. Miss angie was never nice just straight up rude from beginning to end. She complained that there was only 3 ppl on staff and they are trying. Totally not my problem when I drop 60.00 to eat with my family. Thanks for the great birthday...

What in the world happened to Chuck-E-Cheese first they start charging you more per token is not a quarter token it is more like $0.35 to $0.40 per token not that that was crazy enough then they got rid of the tokens and start putting credits on a little card kind of like Incredible Pizza I mean why would you do that when Chuck-E-Cheeses is design for little children people come there to enjoy with their family on a affordable rate Chuck-E-Cheeses is almost as expensive as Incredible Pizza and they don't have nearby the games or the experience as Incredible Pizza. I went there half of the machines were broken the little rides that they do have or broken the selection of games was very poor Chuck-E-Cheese went all the way down and now they're charging more like a dollar per credit it blew me away the only reason I put two stars? Well to be honest I don't know why I should have put one star but I grew up loving Chuck-E-Cheeses when I was a little boy when my parents took me so now I take my children but now we have to find...

To be perfectly honest, based on previous experience with places like this, my expectations were low coming in. This location exceeded expectations on every account.

The pizza isn't great, but it was much better than expected. It was served hot and obviously cooked to order, and 2 large pizzas easily fed 3 adults and 3 kids with leftovers.

If you can get past the convoluted pricing structure, the arcade is fun. We paid on a per game basis, but my guess is buying the unlimited 1-hour pass works better for older kids. Ticket earnings were abysmal, but that's pretty much the norm.

The staff was really where this place shined. I imagined how I would act if I were cleaning up after kids all day for low wages, but the staff here were all pretty upbeat and helpful. Everybody was working hard to keep the place clean, but always had a moment to spare to help with our needs. Those kids seriously...
