I had the privilege of taking piano lessons with Rafael at the American Music Academy, and I can confidently say that it was an incredible experience.

I chose AMA for my son's violin lessons, first because I've been searching for a teacher and music school to use the Suzuki method. Secondly, and most importantly, everyone we've worked with thus far has truly been amazing.

My son has been LOVING his violin lessons (even practicing at home), in no small part due to his amazing teacher Ms Genesis. She's great with communicating and teaching him and her energy is so kind and patient. I even decided to sign up for adult violin lessons with Mr. Marcio, and he has also been fantastic. Was unable to make a lesson instead of trying to work with me to make it up because it was a last minute work arrangement they were inconsiderate and completely disregarded any suggestions I made for a compromise instead they wanted to charge me for a full other month and take more money from me before considering my current situation. I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service and they’re unwilling to compromise with a customer for last minute arrangements. They would rather have it booked twice for me who isn’t coming and fill it with someone that is coming to earn twice as much money instead of trying of compromising for the lesson missed or refunding if someone takes that spot. I don’t recommend especially because if they are this unwilling to work with you what’s to say about their professionalism within the lesson.
