I would absolutely not recommend this place. I had an entire day off, so I ignored the reviews about how long it takes, but that was the least of the problems. When I made the appointment, I let the call-center know that I was eight months pregnant and no one told me that I needed to bring in a signed note from my OB/GYN so I had to wait for my doctor to fax something over before I could be seen. Then, when it was time for the x-rays and cleaning, I waited for the doctor to come in to look at my x-rays and she said everything looked fine and I could have a normal cleaning. The dental hygienist never came back in. The doctor was the one who did my cleaning and it lasted maybe three minutes. She polished my teeth with gritty stuff, and quickly remove some build up at the back teeth, but did not rinse with any kind of liquid, did not floss my teeth, did not check the depth of my gums, which I have had done at every other dentist. The whole exam was so short I ended up asking if I was finished. The dentist said yes unless you have any questions. I said I didn't have any questions and was sent to the front. Luckily my insurance covered everything 100% but I spent more time doing paperwork than I did being seen by anyone.
Also while we were waiting, a man came in with an appointment that he had scheduled through the call center for 11. It was about 1030 when he was trying to sign in and they told him there was no way that he could've made an appointment the same day. He ended up leaving very disgruntled, but I don't think the call center should've told him there was availability if there wasn't. My husband had an appointment right after mine and we ended up canceling because it wasn't worth waiting even longer for him to be seen and I let him know that it was the least thorough cleaning I've ever had in my entire life so there was no point in waiting.
The front desk staff was very nice, really everyone was nice, but the building was dirty, the exam chair was uncomfortable, and overall it was a horrible experience. I don't even have that fresh, after-dentist feeling that I was looking forward to. I will not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can't fully express how grateful I am for the services provided to my child in this specific office. My child needed a routine check up but an emergency presented itself with one of the front teeth. We took our child to this office as a walk-in and were immediately accommodated. Ms. Sharell was imperative in making sure services could be rendered due to my child's main Dentist no longer being available at this particular location. Ms. Sharell contacted our insurance and assisted in changing the main Dentist provider to secure insurance coverage. Ms. Sharell provided us with kind professional customer service and a sense of urgency. I am so grateful to her for going above and beyond the norm. She definitely eased our panic. Our child was seen by Ms. Jackie and Dr. Farooq. I know for a fact that the office was completely booked all day long back to back because prior to arriving to this office, I attempted to schedule an appointment through their customer service line. Nonetheless, Dr. Farooq and Ms. Jackie treated our child as though we had an appointment. Dr. Farooq and Ms. Jackie treated our child with ease, care, professionalism, and urgency. They even allowed us to stay in the room while our child received treatment. I am so thankful, so grateful and in complete admiration of the worked performed by Dr. Farooq. The attention to detail, thorough explanation of the situation and treatment being performed was absolutely exceptional. We will continue to request services from this office for their wonderful expertise. I must also add that even though my communication with Ms. Deborah (office manager) was brief, she also provided my family with kindness, attention and completely eased our concerns. Thank you so much Ms. Deborah for all your attentiveness and urgency in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām giving this a three out of five stars because the customer service/ support center needs a brush up on professional training. Within the first month, after making my payment manually ( a week early) they still went and withdrew the same payment out of my account and I had to call and explain that they had two payments. I donāt know how that could have been missed. The agent was very condescending and did not give me any options. I asked to speak to someone else because I did not require her assistance any longer. I was transferred but then the line disconnected. After reaching out two more times, I was able to receive the help I needed. It was worked out where the following monthās payment would be waived. This time, I made a partial payment online, in which it gives you that option. I only left a $60 balance. The following day I received a call from customer collections from an agent who again, was loud and rude. I explained to her that I already made a partial payment as the option was given to me on the customer portal online. I did not expect to be harassed the following day over $60. Instead of asking me if I would like to set up a date for the balance, she proceeded to ask me āwhen will you make the rest of the payment?ā I felt like the empathy as to why a partial payment was made was totally deflected and the option of setting up a future payment was non-existent to me. Itās couldāve be handled better instead of being yelled at and over talked. I had no choice but to end the call. The actual office location has been easy to do business with, but I dislike the call center agents very much. Train...
