Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

I just left the ER and haven’t eaten anything all day! I stoped at this Taco Bell and I ordered a combo and a extra order of their new nacho fries, the young lady at the window took my money, handed me the combo and stated “they’re still making your fries” I said “ok”. Two minutes later, herself, the store manager Yazmine, and the cook came up to the window asking for my receipt. After looking over my receipt the the lady at the window stated, “are you sure we didn’t give them to you? Can we see your bag?”. At this point I’m irritated, but I responded “I didn’t get the fries” and I handed her my bag, she checked my bag and I asked her if she wanted me to park in the front as I was holding up the line, she replied, “yes please”. After waiting in front of the store for 5 minutes, I drove back through the drive through because I didn’t want to get my 8 month old out of the car and I wanted something else lol. When I got back to the window, she said “are you sure you paid for the fries?”, I responded “ ma’am you told me the fries were coming, then you asked for my receipt, after that you told me to park In front of the store, the fries cost a dollar ma’am just keep the fries and give me my new order”. She then handed me a bag with my new order and my fries thrown in the bag. (I’m sure the cook did that). The fries were only a dollar.. that I paid for.. I shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m trying to steal all because someone who works there has a bad memory. I probably will not...

my name is Jasmine & i will be calling corporate bright & early whenever the building opens simply bc the manager &or employee Denequa T.. was very RUDE! like VERY i literally drove 6.2 miles away two nights ina row after a long day of managing a restaurant myself & Couldn’t even get my order remade & i have my receipt & everything.. asked for them to remake my flats bread bc whomever made them 05/08/25 @ 3:13am threw them together so terrible i literally barely had any chicken in em.. jus so happened i ate my food separately NOT all at once & by the time i had eaten my flatbreads Taco Bell was closed! Unfortunately she wasn’t willing to hear me out & now i will be contacting cooperated! literally spent $20 & couldn’t even get a remake terrible customer service 🙅🏽‍♀️! that’s the proof of the time i actually ate ate my food bc the nuggets being tough even after me asking for them...

Disgusting attitudes. Looked high on thc. I have only been here three times and two times my fries were served cold and one time I even told them not to do that and made them give me hot fries. I have a cousin doing time right now who blasted up a Taco Bell in Detroit. I am from Detroit. We don’t play about our food. Sometimes that’s the only good thing you got going for yourself. Everyone deserves to be happy and well fed and enjoy the food that they paid full price for. There is no reason to be this ugly. You’ll never get any good opportunities in life if you keep giving bad customer service because God sees all and I used to work in fast food and sometimes peoples lunch breaks are the best part of their day and you out here ruining it for what reason?!!!
