FIRST I WENT THUR DRIVE THUR AND STARTED TO PLACE MY ORDER ,THE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF THEN WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER , I WAS TELLING THE BURGER KIBG EMPLOYEE HOW I WANTED MY BURGER THEN HE RULEY CUT ME OFF AND TOLD ME TO JUST TELL HIM WHWT I WANT ON IT.... NOW I THOUGHT IF YOU WORK AT BURGER KING YOU SHOULD KNOW THE BURGERS AT LEAST AND WHAT COMES ON IT... WELL THEN I PULL OUT THE DRIVE THUR BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE THE RUDE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE... WELL THE EXPERIENCE FOT WORSEN WHEN I WENT IN. I ASKED THE QUESTION WHO IS TAKING ORDERS IN DRIVE AND ONE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE POINTS TO THE MAN AND THEN HE WALKS OVER TO THE CORNER AND I SAID YOU DONT KNOW WHAT COMES ON A BURGER AND HE SAYS IT WASN'T ME AND THEN HE POINTS TO THE BURGER KING COOK AND SAYS IN A RUDE TONE IT WAS HIM THANK YIU AND THEN WALKS OFF... I THEN SAY OK LOOK LET ME JUST PLACE MY ORDER , THE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE LOOKED AT ME AND IGNORED ME. BUT MUST SAY FLORENCE THE MANAGER CAME WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... BUT THE CREW NEED TO BE FIRED.. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrid tale of this Buger King. I ordered three meals at the drive thru. The fries were stone cold. Not crispy, not hot, literally stale. I went inside and asked them to remake the entire order.
I do this whenever the fries are off at a fast food place. One, food is supposed to hot and fresh, and two, if the fries are stone cold, its almost cetain that the rest of the food is not hot and fresh.
A man, who later identified himself as manager, reported the issue to his cook (allegedly his direct report). The cook came out of the kitchen and told me he refused to remake the order. The alleged manager did nothing. The alleged manager did refund my money after his supposed direct report got combative and loud with me for no reason.
In short, atrocious food, service, and alleged management.
As the onsite manager was unwilling to do anything, I contacted corporate. They essentially said "this a franchisee problem so we are sorry, but we arent taking any action." They offered me a coupon if I would sign up for their app, I declined signing up for their app for them to try and offer recompense for their brands mistake. The franchisee never contacted me.
Have it our cold, stale, terrible way or go f$@k yourself is evidently burger...

I recently used a $5 coupon for a Whopper meal. Mind you I said $5 coupon, not free meal coupon. I place my order and paid for my meal. Before leaving any restaurants, I always take a sip of my fountain drinks. Well on this particular day I sip my pink lemonade before leaving. Oh my goodness!!! Let me tell you it was soooooo disgusting I spit it out. I open the lid to find small white pieces floating in me drink and not to mention it smelled bad. At this point I didn't trust and drinks that came from the dispenser and asked for the manager. I then asked to speak with a manavma to compensate me for me money being spent instead of a fountain drink because of my concern. She asked "why should you get something for free, when you already have a free meal?" I replied my meal is not free and I was just asking for something to substitute it. She slams the drive through window in my face and walks off. I have never ever experienced fast food service all like this. And I will never ever be visiting this location in my burger king life. Be careful grabbing food at this...
