CPU Chinatown USPS — Attraction in Houston

千万别选他们家根本不是正规的邮局。评论里都是丢件的有的根本就没寄出去。严重缺乏管理。

They over charged me for my letter.

They did not give me receipt. They just take cash and did not upload it on the system for tax evation.

Their service is awful, the lady inside are being sarcastic if you want pay with credit card for less then 10 dollars . I asked why, she said there is no why! She said no means no!She said “only Americans do this ridicules thing, why I Asian also wanna use credit card for small amount!”

When I ask her to return my letter back because I don’t trust her to mail my letter, she refused and she said I can’t regret to mail it. She also took photo of my address on the letter and refuse to delete it. I called the police.

Updates: the mail they robbed from me never...

If I could give zero stars I would. Shipped out something August 31st and there has still been no movement on the package. Called the location and placed on hold for 15 minutes until I had to hang up. Tried calling back and call going straight to voicemail. Update: was told by the person there that “maybe my package was lost in transit” although the only scan done was at this location.

Would not recommend at all!

2nd update: I believe they stole my package as usps does not have record of ever receiving it. I will be opening a police investigation due to the fact I packed and handled all shipping of this...
