Deutsch Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Houston

I avoided leaving this review back in Dec 2022 when it happened in hopes I might get taken care of however I have come to the conclusion nothing will come of the way I was treated and need to share.

Ive felt like I was being taken care of early on and thats lowly faded away into what appears to be a lack of interest in my business.

Granted, I do realize that there are more than enough Rolex customers for this store and perhaps my business isn't that important. Being someone that spends several hundred thousand a year combined in jewelry and watches, previously almost exclusively at Lewis Jewelers, it is unfortunate that I have yet to find a jeweler that truly cares about my business.

I was texted that a yellow gold Yachtmaster came in that I had been waiting for was available. I confirmed I wanted it and asked if it was in fact the 42mm oyster flex I wanted. No response to my question simply a response to when I could pick up and a general time set. This made me assume it was in fact what I wanted. I ran late and texted at 3:40 I was late but in fact on my way. No response so I made the hour drive.

Upon arrival I saw my rep selling a yellow gold 44mm Yachtmaster and she made a face at me almost as if to signal, “sorry I sold it”. I realize I was late, but no response to a text after an hour is my first issue. Secondly, the watch was no where near what I expected. We could have both saved each others time had I simply been told it was not the one I was waiting for. Its disappointing to be treated this way. Coming from the auto industry where customer satisfaction is crucial I expected more.

Needless to say. I don't expect much from your company at this point. Obviously my business just simply is not that important to you. I may not have as large a history with you, sadly no effort has ever been made to try and earn my trust and business.

To add insult to injury the sales rep fabricated a text message and sent it to her manager in an attempt to cover her tracks and say she showed me which watch I was getting. However, she did not notice she mispelled several words that were in the actual text message to prove it...

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two Rolex timepieces (one of them being my long-desired grail watch) from Deutsch and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment we walked into the store, my wife and I were treated like family by Linda and the rest of the team.

We were there to celebrate my wife's graduation, and Linda made the experience an amazing one. She took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, and her expertise in luxury watches helped guide us in making the perfect choice.

To top it off, the watch that we ordered was supposed to take six months to arrive, but we received it in under two months. This shows the dedication and professionalism of the team at Deutsch, and it was a pleasant surprise to receive my wife’s watch ahead of schedule and to get “the email” about my grail watch having arrived as well.

Deutsch also had almost every Rolex timepiece available to try on, which was not the case in other authorized dealers we’ve visited. This made the experience even more enjoyable, as we were able to try on a range of different watches and find the perfect one for my wife's graduation gift.

Overall, I would highly recommend Deutsch and Linda to anyone looking for a luxury timepiece and exceptional customer service. The experience was truly remarkable, and we will definitely be back for more. Thank you, Deutsch and Linda, for making my wife's graduation celebration...
