I usually love sound baths, but my experience here was disappointing. The lady lying to the left of me snored through almost the entire session, only stopping when the triangles were played. I removed my eye pillow multiple times and pointed it out to Jordan, who was leading the session, but she didnāt take any action. Jordan mentioned at the beginning that anyone snoring would be tapped and asked to sit up, yet she completely ignored this policy. The snoring lady never sat up and disrupted the session for most of the time.
After the session, I asked Jordan why she didnāt wake up the snoring lady, and she claimed, "I didnāt hear her." This was surprising, as even my husband, who was further away, heard the snoring. Jordanās response felt dismissive, as if she didnāt believe me, which was frustrating.
Additionally, they donāt clean the yoga mats after use, and there was no clear instruction on what to do before or after the sessionāI had to ask for guidance both times I attended. The place may look nice, but they donāt enforce their own rules or ensure a relaxing experience for everyone. āāāāā-
