I had lost a diamond in my wedding set. When I called them, spoke to Nic. After our conversation he took the time to text me directions and a picture of where to park. Which he took the extra time to send for my convenience. When I took my ring in to have diamond replaced, I worked with Gili. I also had a prong to be fixed on another ring. He took the time to show some diamonds and discuss the replacement. Nic was also present at that time. Both Nic and Gili were very polite and friendly. When I picked up my rings, I was greeted like a long time friend. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We talked about jewerly. They can design anything you want. They have chains, rings and other jewerly for sale but you need to ask. No jewerly showcase. They will ask what you are looking for and can show you designs. The diamonds are very good quality. They polished my rings to look like brand new. The price was amazing. The service time depends and if they have what you looking for and availability. It took less than a week due to Holiday weekend. RUN don’t walk to DEH. My husband and I wanted to sell an engagement ring from his ex that had been sitting in his safe for almost a decade (no way in hell would I have touched that), so I went online and found a couple of places before settling on Diamond Exchange Houston. Here’s my recap:

Customer Service - 5/5 We were greeted at the door by their bouncer, Didi their ferocious black Pomeranian who body checked us with her kisses. I had never been to a jewelry wholesaler before so I was a little nervous, but once I was inside the secured office, Nic and Gili held my hand through the entire process. I never once felt rushed and left feeling confident that we would be able to get a fair deal. I was prepared to haggle (it’s in my blood), but Nic and Gili stole that opportunity from me and gave me a deal that I honestly thought was a bit unfair to them.
