If you're looking for a fair treatment and lowest budget, this is not the agency you want to consider. Unfortunately, they will not see you as an important customer if you don't get what the offer you. Even if you want to look for more options, they would give you the most expensive ones. Then, they will take you as an important client if you make the work easier for them. The manager of this office was going to call me next day to give me an answer on my options and three days later I had to call a couple of times, but he decided not to answer because apparently I'm not part of their premium customers. He ended up telling the receptionist to read the notes on the screen for me without a decent conversation in other to provide me with other alternatives or at least with a explanation on the phone. I'm completely disappointed. I don't recommend this people unless you're a premium that want to get the first option they find (which is the same option you find online).
