I was seeking the top jewelry appraiser in Houston, and my Google Search delivered DJP Diamonds. Getting an appointment that day was easy peasy lemon squeezy, and even when I called back to push it back, timewise, the accommodation was spectacular. I worked with Noam and Nick, both of whom kinda drooled a little bit at a couple of the items I brought in. One I sold, the other is being appraised for value. I was thoroughly delighted with the staff...gracious and helpful which, in today's otherwise rather abrupt customer service, was relaxing and delightful. I was seeking my phone and Layla (sp?) immediately asked if she could call my number, which she did, and apparently my phone had dropped out of my purse in the car. When I got in my car, I called back to say I had found it and Layla giggled and said she was glad. I brought Noam and Greg a pair of very unusual items, and along with them dozens of questions and comments, seeking their professional opinions. It became apparent that I had caught Noam and Greg off guard, challenging what is quite obviously an extensive knowledge and fundamental understanding of the Gold, Diamond and overall jewelry market, that they both clearly possess. Regardless, they pressed on with me and never once made me feel like they were uninterested or unwilling to continue to conversation. They were very professional and fair in their assessments, after helping me establish a better understanding of what I had and how they could or couldn’t help me, in the end we were able to come to a deal that everyone was happy with.
