I recently visited this nail salon and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My nail technician took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offering expert suggestions along the way. The service was impeccable—every step of the process was done with such precision and care. I opted for a manicure with gel polish, and the results were flawless. When I 1st walked in I was greeted, even though everyone was working on a client. Some ppl will act like you’re not even there bc they’re busy, but everyone at Elegant acknowledged me. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they let me know it would be about 30 mins. That gave me time to grab a quick snack. They started right away when I returned. I got a gel x set with design and pedicure. Both ladies worked on my hands and the guy on my feet, so I was out of there pretty quickly. They were very attentive to how I wanted my design and shape. AMAZING service and they went above and beyond when my flight delayed me!

I booked last-minute the morning of my appointment, then my flight got delayed and I was running 20 minutes late. I called ahead expecting the worst, but they said they'd wait for me - and they actually meant it! When I arrived (stressed and apologetic), they treated me like royalty. Full set of acrylics turned into a spontaneous pedicure with an incredible massage, salt scrub, and even a glass of wine. They were so gentle and attentive to what I needed. My nails and toes look absolutely fabulous! Pro tip: Communication is key here - call ahead even if you're planning to walk in, and definitely let them know if you're running late. They're incredibly accommodating when you keep them in the loop.
