EZPAWN — Attraction in Houston

Wasted my time coming here , I called before I came , wanting to get something for my BESTFRIEND who passed and one told me yea they take my watch then when I got in ,they act like I never spoke to one and then the other one came out like she had amnesia THAT quick and said I misunderstood when I completely told her what it was before coming , then she said well oh if she said she can’t take it the. The staff at EZPAWN, Lyons Ave location will greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They’re very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, respectful,friendly and the store is very clean. They have nice items nothing is out of order everything is neatly placed where you can see all items. I’ve been going to this location for about three to four years and I haven’t had one problem. Doesn’t matter if you’re window shopping or buying… they always greet you on the way out. Very good staff...

The African American woman that works here is very rude and always denies my items. She tested and claimed my 14k ring was “fake”. This is the second time shes done this. The person in front of me also tried to get money for some nice Jordans in box and only offered $35 as well. I took my ring to the Cash America next door and the they offered me almost $200.
