I am very upset with the treating doctor. He leaves me without caring about him. He delays me and delays the date of my operation. He does not feel my pain and does not understand that I need to treat my hand as soon as possible. Excelent customer service, as soon as we get there you get in line at the receptionist and they instruct you very nice where to go next, when you go to registration it is kind of confusing but you take a number and they will call you, the only thing is : it is too small for people in wheel chair to get they number, anyways there always other people trying to help.
