Subway — Restaurant in Houston

The lady with red hair had me and three other people waiting while she stocked water and then went to the back for 10 minutes (I timed her) all other people left . So I waited to ask her name and she told me she wasn't telling me. It was important that I eat bc I am pregnant and fasted for a blood draw . The nurse specifically told me to go to subway and grab something bc I was feeling light headed. By the time this Hispanic lady with red hair came from the back my uber was here and all other customers left . If she doesn't want to work in a hospital where customer service comes before stocking water then she should just find another job. I visited Subway at Ben Taub on 4/29. I purchased a Tuna combo and was upcharged for my drink because Subway was out of medium cups. I explained to the on duty manager Liticia, that I shouldn't be charged because you are out of supplies. Her response was "you people are always trying to get something for free". I am so confused about her statement. What did she mean by "you people"? Was she referring to the color of my skin? I didn't go into Subway hoping that they would be out of medium cups, I was always going to purchase a combo. Why should the customer have to pay because the store failed to keep an adequate amount of supplies? I would like a refund for the upcharged. I feel extremely disrespected...

This is crazy. I ordered online from here. When i came they refused to let me in and said i needed to work here to get anything. Some BS. Why doesnt the app have restrictions!? Or state anything that you cant order if you dont work in the hospital after a certain time.
