Hospitals charge the big bucks to the patients and insurance companies. I think we as a patients or family members of the patients deserve the best of the experience in all aspects during a long waiting process after a surgery. An African American was taking the order at arboretum cafe. He does not do a good job doing that simple task. I think he needs more costumer service training. No wonder why these people work here. I ordered a signature burger, then he was taking everyone’s else orders. When a lady asked me if I was ordered already, I answered yes, but the person of taking orders said I did not order anything.
