Very nice experience for my child and i, we played the 1 hour paw patrol game. She absolutely loved it. It does keep you active so if your not usually active you will be out of breath before you know it. The temperature is very cold, but its understandable because you can build up a sweat from playing. If your not usually active and just looking to try it out, go with the 30 min game to test the waters so you dont over exert yourself. Other than restrooms were very clean and you can order drinks while playing the game. There is a place for your drinks in the game room but no where to sit in the game room only the lounge area. High recommend to try it at least once with your kids or with your friends. You wear a hat that follows the movement of your body, and the three walls in the game room work as a touch screen. Very entertaining! Definitely taking my kid back because she wont stop...
Read moreWe had an incredible experience at Immersive Gamebox, and it was all thanks to Juan S. From start to finish, Juan provided amazing customer service that went above and beyond our expectations.
He offered plenty of insightful information about the games available, helping us choose the perfect option for our group. Not only did he patiently answer all of our questions, but he also gave us a mini tour of the area, explaining how everything works in a way that was both thorough and engaging.
When one of our friends arrived late, Juan seamlessly helped them join the game without causing any interruptions, ensuring everyone could enjoy the experience to the fullest.
Juan's professionalism and attention to detail truly made our visit exceptional. Highly recommend Immersive Gamebox and Juan S for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free gaming experience!
Thanks so...

That may not seem like a lot of time but when each game only last for 30 mins for 4 ppl who rotates turns, that's crucial time. 3) The room was too small for 4 ppl so we spent a lot of time bumping into one another. 4) And lastly the price point was too high. I paid $130 for two adults and two kids for 60 mins of immersion, but after going through the experience I felt like the total cost should've been closer to $90. This immersive experience has potential but they're definitely...
