I really love this establishment! It is so hard to find good, sought-after boxing gear! Unless it is ordered online, which is a hit or miss. With boxing gloves and shoes, even if they are sized correctly, as an athlete you need to try things on to see what is comfortable, and what will enhance your performance. This is the spot! I drove an hour with my son to purchase shoes. We had been to a few other places, but there was not much in variety or sizes. We arrived and saw the selection of shoes on the wall and the number of gloves in the case! I knew this was a WIN!! As soon as we stepped in Anthony was right there to assist. He took the time to ask my son what he was looking for and started pulling down shoes for him to try on. He told him to get some shadowboxing in to get the feel. He was so attentive and knowledgeable! He picked the Nike Machomai in gold and black! There was also a special on socks with purchase! He showed us gloves and had every type that we had a question about to try on! Selection and service were worth the drive! Seeing as my son is an amateur and is seeking pro, this is our go-to spot from here on out!! Thank you Anthony!!

I was overcharged for a product. On their actual website it shows the product at a certain price. Come to find out I was overcharged $30 more. I called them they said anywhere else you go the product would have cost $30 more as well. Which is not true. The guy over the phone then starts rambling about where I shop as if he knows exactly where I’ve been or purchased all my equipment from. I informed him and tried to explain to him that this is the only time I ever experienced where I had to pay $30 more for shipping even though I picked up the item in store. Which that in itself is not how business is even done. If I’m paying $30 more for shipping the product should come to my house. I was left very unsatisfied and will not be returning. First and last time I ever visit this store. I showed them I could buy the product for less and I still wouldn't be charged $30 more. Bad customer service and didn’t even try to offer a...

Don’t make the same mistake I did—paid in full, trusted the store to hold my item, but left empty-handed because they don’t honor their sales. They take your money, then take back the deal.

My order was indeed cancelled. I purchased a punching bag, paid in full, and asked if I could pick it up after, since it wouldn’t fit in my car at the time. When I returned just one hour later, I was told that they could not give me the item and instead had to refund me because it was ‘priced incorrectly.’ This is very unprofessional—if a sale is completed and payment is accepted, the store should honor the price, regardless of their mistake.
