I must say, compared to my other visits,I'm quite disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive and it wasn't crowded. For the first time since I've ever been to this location, I didn't have to wait for a seat or stand up. The atmosphere was relaxing,so my family and I sat on the patio. Breanna was our waitress, and shs was polite, but extremely forgetful!! For 3.5 hours we were there,we either had to constantly ask for our food and beverages,or remind her to bring items forgotten. We even spotted her dancing while one of us was waiting on a drink, and once she was reminded, she stated the drink was not yet made, but as soon as we walked in to get it,there it was, right on the bar. Read moreWow! The Alligator Bites with Cajun Fries finished off my culinary cravings after I washed down a dozen fresh, wet, oysters on the half shell here. How professional! Kila, my waitress was, on top of being 💯% thorough and knowledgeable of the menu and availability of dishes. She just had a way with staying on task with appropriate interaction- it was all about her customer! I think I had dined her when this eatery first opened but it had been a very long time if so. Only wished I could have had them with Onion Rings ☹️. I review A LOT!!! Mainly because I don't think it's humane to with-hold truths when it comes to who we patronize with our dollars. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a festive venue with Monitors for sports watching and super attentive staffers. Thanks manager Tri, for the nice conversation about the Alligator! It was a pleasure to dine here. Oh, and super appreciated the non-alcoholic frozen strawberry drink!! That was the icing...
