Updated review: JUNE 2025 — 5 stars Went early, didn’t make an appt, checked-in, & had labs drawn within 20 mins. Had option to get a bill by mail later or have a hold on CC. Appreciated the options.
Gloria was the only phlebotomist on duty this AM. Her skills were fantastic; I didn’t even know when the needle was in & didn’t feel much when it was out either. It only took 1 stick, too, as it should. Sometimes it may be difficult for my blood to come out & while Gloria adjusted the needle, I still didn’t feel much. In gently handing the bandaging after, Gloria’s care was evident. Thank you for making the process smooth & pretty painless.

Arrived at 9:20 for my 10a appt. After checking in digitally, I was called in within 5 mins.
Sat down with billing first. Appreciated the transparency, thus far, at least,🤞🏼for charging my credit card & for giving me a copy of what I signed.
Bridget & Mahala took me for my tests to a shared room. They put on the divider curtain for privacy, which was great.
I can be a tough draw at times. Bridget tried to draw twice. She was kind in her instructions, which I so appreciated.
Mahala took over & diverted my mind by asking in-depth about plans for the day. That did it; 3rd draw attempt was a charm. Will keep the technique in mind for the future. 😎

Read moreRead moreI and my wife came there for 3 times and they never done the lab test because they talk to me the 1st time they don't have the special kit for pregnant woman so they need to order from main office, then they will call me back when available, then they called me back on Monday but unlucky I missed the call then they never call me back, my phone cant accept the voice mail so I don't know what is happening, then I came one more time as I scheduled. then 2 nd time the lady ( Hispanic lady with glasses on ) she talk to me that they don't have Kit the Doctor have to give it to me. I never seen any kind of lab they don't have supply for the kit, then I asked her why you did not call me back after I missed a call from you to let me know that because my wife already missing 2 week late back for the lab. she replied she left voice mail I said my phone not allow to left voice mail , the she said oh sss bla bla . Vey bad attitude face and no knowledge in Bio, she knew that if late test will effect a lot about the result why she don't do good job , I guess she does not love her job she bla bla about her work is so busy and busy all the time. She is the person check my wife name and asked us the paper work but in her hands is keeping from our last week ( last visit) I cant understand how this employee can still working here. after then my Doctor send a letter to brand of LabCorp to fix that problem changed location then never came back again. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from LabCorp. I had lab tests done on Saturday, November 1st, and today is Thursday, November 6th, yet I still have not received my results.
What’s more concerning is that I have received no communication whatsoever — no text, email, or update explaining the delay. This lack of communication shows a troubling disregard for patients’ health and peace of mind.
It’s no surprise that many former LabCorp patients are now turning to Quest Diagnostics, as they seem to provide more timely and respectful service. Frankly, this kind of experience reflects very poorly on LabCorp and suggests that the company should reconsider how it treats its patients and their privacy.
