Amazing BBQ; I have eating all over the Nation but this is the greatest. I was greeted by a friendly staff willing to serve it up. By the way they give us old Military Veterans discounts. Jeimy was so sweet when I went to pay. As for the food there is so much to choice from. one man in front of me; both of us first timers here; he bought one huge Fred Flinstone Rib for $38.40. Wow it look great and he knew he would need a nap after eating it. I bought a sliced beef sandwich and a drink. The condiment bar was great and full of delicious jalapeño and carrots mixed. They had fountain drinks and fresh lemonade and tea too. I asked to speak to the manager so I could compliment them. I met with Junior very nice Youngman. He has been with company 8 years and was thankful for the compliments. He stated the owner is from Houston and embraced the South Texas culture and cooking. I asked what kind of wood they used and he stated they use post oak. They cook Prime beef briskets for 14-16 hours. He then showed me a brisket that just folded up in his hand from being so tender. Junior also showed me where you can pick and choice your steak at the store and they will cook it for you. They also have an area where you can buy shirts RTIC tumblers with their logo. They have a full serve bar and outdoor seating with large TV. If you have never been here you owe it to yourself to come and experience the Most amazing, tender and delicious food. There is two locations in Houston. Hands down this is my new favorite place to eat. By the way you get what you pay for/ enjoy the pictures. In closing they make everything on site except the bread according to Junior; even the spices. Thank you Junior for taking the time to show me around and make me feel like Family my first time here. I will be...

New Spot try out, had plans prior and was unable to join to try them out sooner. Boy have I been missing out!

There was a small wait on open on our visit, but nothing terrible or long. 15-20 mins worst case scenario. They definitely help move the line quickly.

The center seating section plays music, but if this is not to your flavor or too loud for you. The patio would be a nice spot for you to enjoy your meal, where you can enjoy your conversation with your guests.

The food was fantastic! Nothing short of perfection.

The brisket has a great smoke ring, great flavor bark, bender perfect on my finger and pulled perfectly. Flavor was there on every bite.

If sauce is your thing, they offer a selection of flavors. The barbecue sauce is coffee based. If heat is your preference, try the habanero mustard.

The Rib was monstrous. Everyone loved the Ribs flavor and this is definitely a must try item, should you visit. Just check the pictures & videos!

The sides were just as great.

The cheesy Mac & Cheese was just great to watch it be served. Plenty of cheese to go around, for every bite.

Roasted corn, is already a favorite of mine. So was another must try item. It was another great item for those that are used to other corn in the cup stops.

The club sandwich is HUGE!

Price points are on the higher side but just look at the portion sizes. Think it's well worth what you get.

We already can't wait to come back for more. This is one of the best BBQ Restaurants I've had in the Houston area.

Let me know what you enjoyed about your...

If you’re looking for a spot where the aroma of smoked meat practically drags you in by the nostrils, look no further than The Pit Room BBQ. I recently tried their 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket, and let me tell you, it was a carnivore’s dream come true.

Let’s start with the brisket – oh, the brisket! It was so tender and flavorful, I’m pretty sure it whispered sweet nothings to me before each bite. The smoky salt & pepper bark gave way to a juicy, melt-in-your-mouth center that had me contemplating whether it was socially acceptable to order another plate mid-meal. Spoiler: it’s not, but I definitely considered it.

The ribs, while not serenading me like the brisket, were still a very solid performance. Smoky and well-seasoned, they had a nice balance of meat and fat that made each bite a tasty adventure. They weren’t quite as life-changing as the brisket, but they were definitely good enough to keep me happily gnawing away.

As for the sides – who even remembers them when you’re busy having a spiritual experience with smoked meats? Okay, fine, I had some mac n cheese and elote, they were decent too, but let’s be honest, the real stars here are the meats.

In short, Theses guys know how to handle their barbecue. If you’re in the mood for brisket that makes you question your life choices and ribs that hit the spot, give this place a visit. Just be prepared for a serious case of the meat sweats – it’s all part of...

I come here all the time and I just had a terrible experience with a manager to fix their mistake. I came on a Friday when they were close to closing to get my usual order and when I got home I found plastic in my food. Now this is odd because like I said I come here all the time and it's never happened before. I come on Wednesday to address it with a manager and showed him the picture of the plastic in the food. He was very rude in how he handled it. He was blaming me for the fact that it happened "last week" and I'm just now addressing it and asking for last four digits of my card to verify the transaction. At another point in the conversation he says that it doesn't look like their food which I guess would explain his attitude and how he chose to address the situation. Funny way to treat customers that come here every week but I digress. Not only does management not know what their own food looks like but they'll blame customers for having plastic in food they paid for. I only have a mild rating for the fact that I come here all the time and have thoroughly enjoyed all of my experiences up to this point. That attitude was just terrible and makes me not want to come back.
