As a kid I used to play there everyday in the early 70’s (when it was called Southwest Tennis Center). I was even taking lessons from Lee LeClear. He would roll in his grave if he could see the conditions there now. Major cracks & dips on almost every court, and the wind screens are falling down. However, the woman who manages the facility in the morning is habitually late (and unapologetic about it), so I don't recommend making a reservation for 7:30 a.m. The bathrooms need attention. Security is indeed non-existent, and I try to take with me as few things as possible when I come here. Just played in a tournament and the staff inside was extremely rude (it was just one woman) but the bathrooms are poorly maintenance and she didnt like her job enough to take care of keeping things clean. Sad to think people come here outside of Tournaments. Make sure you use restrooms somewhere else before coming here....
