Bought a cool shirt on Friday from this location to wear for the Texans game. When i put the shirt on Sunday, i took it out of the bag (tags still on) i noticed that there was a small hole in the bottom right of the shirt, so i naturally put it back in the bag and was planning on exchanging it on Monday. When i went to return it on Monday the employee told me how someone obviously has worn it and that he would not be taking it back. The employee accused me of lying saying that well if you didn’t wear it someone else did which caught me off guard. He went on to tell me that the employees are trained to not put clothes with deflects out on the floor and that this shirt would have never been available for purchase. I have the receipt which states “If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original sales receipt, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days from the purchase.” I just want a shirt that didn’t have a hole in it and sat and listened to him tell me i was wrong for the entirety of the conversation. Bought a cap n got it imprinted. They messed up my cap 😡. When I went in 2 get the cap the assistant store manager gave it 2 me. When I told him they messed it up, he continued working, like I was not there, n that they can't do nothing anything about it. I spent $100 dollars in it. The assistant manager has no kind of customer service experience. He was very rude the whole time I was in the store. That they can't refund imprinted cap. I went in to get my boyfriend an Astros hat.
