RUN AND FAST! This company is a complete scam. After ordering online while speaking with a store rep I was giving confirmation and delivery for next day. A hour after delivery time I received a message stating my payment that shows removed from my account didn’t go thru. The store cancelled my order because my id address was not the same. Instead of advising me the store cancelled the order they lied. So I go into the location and repurchase item again in store after updating my info. Delivery scheduled for next day 2-6. At 1:45 the store text me saying we have to many deliveries we can do next day. then the owner Alex states the driver didn’t come in today. More lies from everyone i spoke with. I advised them I will not be available as I’m headed out of town. I asked for a refund. Was told by the clerk refund was sent yet I received no email. After staying on the line over 1 hour to be sent a message that the system wouldn’t allow a refund. How when the square system allows for refunds. The Owner Alex is a liar and theft. Do NOT SHOP HERE. I HAD TO DISPUTE WITH MY BANK TO GET A REFUND. This place is full of lies and stealing customers money. The level of services provided by Hilary at Olivia furniture were top notch. I haven't seen any other luxury furniture in the area. If you are looking for someone that you can trust and rely on to just go pick the furniture that you like, close your eye and the next thing you know it's everything set up for you in your house, these is the only place to go. Hilary was professional, caring, explained everything in details, give us the best deal ever and the quality of the furniture is outstanding. She also gave us 5 years extended warranty to be worry free and to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Our fur babies loved it and are super happy with the upgrade. We placed the order a Saturday around 11 am and by 4 pm the delivery was at my house waiting for us. Their services are super convenient for those that run business and saving time is a big factor. I did the process over the phone with the option of paying online to do the process as smooth as possible. The installers were super professional and organized. I had an incredible experience at the furniture store! The staff was always smiling and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable while shopping. The customer center was fantastic, providing me with all the information I needed and answering all of my questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
